Refund Policy

Marv.Inbox

Last updated: June 29, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for paid Marv.Inbox subscriptions and related charges. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

Free trial

Marv.Inbox offers a 10-day free trial with no credit card required. The trial is the main way to evaluate whether the service fits your business before paying for a subscription.

Monthly subscription refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly unless a different written agreement applies.

Refunds, when approved, apply only to the Marv.Inbox monthly subscription fee actually paid for the affected billing month. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, unused seats, unused features, downgrades, or cancellation during a billing month, unless required by law or expressly agreed by us in writing.

If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing month, and future billing stops after that period.

Third-party expenses are non-refundable

We do not refund third-party fees, pass-through charges, external provider costs, or expenses already incurred on your behalf. This includes, without limitation:

  • Meta, WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, or other communication-channel charges;
  • message delivery, template, conversation, phone-number, verification, hosting, infrastructure, or API provider fees;
  • payment processing, bank, currency conversion, tax, or government charges;
  • setup, onboarding, professional services, custom work, or other non-subscription services already performed;
  • any other external cost paid or committed to a third party in connection with your workspace or requested setup.

These costs may be charged by third parties directly or passed through by us, and they remain non-refundable even if the Marv.Inbox subscription fee is refunded.

When we may approve a refund

We may approve a refund or account credit, at our discretion, for a duplicate charge, clear billing error, or a material failure of the paid Marv.Inbox service that we cannot reasonably fix after you notify us.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

How to request billing help

To ask about a charge, email billing@marvinbox.com with your workspace name, invoice details, and a short description of the issue.

Refunds, if approved, are normally returned to the original payment method or applied as account credit, depending on the payment method and billing setup.
